    Learning Management System, Corporate Legal, Compliance, Commercial
    Development, Alliance Marketing Management and Government Affairs.  Successfully managed a team of on-site and
    off-shore contract employees including project leads, systems analysts and
    senior developers.

  • Managed a budget
    in excess of $500,000 and lead a team of twenty three (23) cross-functional
    employees and contractors during the 2009-2010 TeamConnect Legal system
    implementation project.  Achieved a positive
    ROI of $200,000 on an annual basis through business process automation.

  • Implemented
    and supported TeamConnect Litigation Management and Electronic billing system for
    Eisai Corporate Legal.  Developed system interfaces
    with SAP financials to process electronic invoices.

  • Implemented
    and supported Autonomy iManage Document Management system for Eisai US
    Corporate Legal, Contracting, Government Affairs, and Alliance Marketing and Management
    organizations to automate and streamline their document management business
    processes.

  • Designed
    and implemented Vertical*I system for Eisai global Commercial development
    organization to support acquisition and in-licensing initiatives.

  • Developed,
    maintained and implemented IT/Business strategic plans.  Performed resource planning, developed and
    managed projects and system maintenance budgets and formulated total cost of
    ownership (TCO) estimates during the annual business planning cycle.

  • Designed,
    developed and implemented a data warehouse system along with Business Objects reports
    for the office of the general counsel.  The
    new reports facilitated process improvement by having information readily

    Gap analysis and formulated a remediation plan for the Corporate Compliance’s Aggregate
    Spend initiative to comply with federal sunshine act as part of the health care
    reform.

  • Developed
    and implemented SOPs and SWPs for business applications to ensure support team
    is consistent in providing IT support services and compliant with company’s
    policies and procedures.

  • Lead
    a cross functional team during Eisai’s acquisitions and in-licensing
    projects.  Successfully performed data
    and systems integration for a seamless transition into Eisai environment. 

  • Managed
    functional and technical support for over 1,500 users of the PeopleSoft
    Financials, PeopleSoft Human Resources, Autonomy iManage Document Management, ADP
    Enterprise Time & Attendance, ADP Payroll, Resume Tracking and Fixed Asset
    systems.

  • As
    a technical project manager lead a team of developers to upgrade the PeopleSoft
    HRMS from 7.5 to 8.8.  Played a critical
    role in the implementation of Benefit Administration and Employee
    Self-Services.  Successfully designed and
    developed HRMS data interfaces to other systems.

  • Implemented
    and supported ADP’s web-based Enterprise Time & Attendance system for
    Eisai’s U.S affiliate companies by leading a team of eight (8) internal and
    external resources.

    IT leadership during Eisai’s Learning Management System implementation.  Provided project management in the areas of
    initiation, planning, RFP and software evaluation and selection process.

  • Successfully
    implemented Corporate Security Standards for user ids and password management
    standards for the PeopleSoft ERP system to stay compliant with company’s global
