Seeking individual with strong background handling Cyber Professional Liability cases and ability to contribute experience to a team working with a book of MPL claims throughout the claims life cycle.
Shall:
Conduct investigations for Cyber PL claims and own responsibility for activities involved in monitoring, documenting, settling and closing claims.
Determine nature, scope, and extent of losses.
Evaluate liability, expense reserves, and establish settlements.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent with 5
years handling Cyber Professional Liability or E&O.
Knowledge of activities involved in recovery evaluations.
Excellent compensation to $130,000 with full medical, dental, vision and prescription insurance plans as well as company paid life insurance. Generous time off for vacation, holidays, personal and sick days. Tuition reimbursement for continued education and paid training provided. Relocation assistance provided.
