CPA firm seeking a Manager level Management Consultant to provide objective advice, expertise and specialist skills with the aim of creating value, maximizing growth or improving the business performance of our clients.

This position is primarily concerned with the strategy, structure, management and operations of an organization and will provide the following services for clients
Identifying options with recommendations
Providing additional resources and/or the implementation of solutions.

Responsibilities
The day-to-day activities of management consultants are varied such as:
Carrying out research and data collection
Conducting analysis
Interviewing clients' employees, management team and other stakeholders
Facilitating workshops and Strategic Planning meetings
Preparing business proposals/presentations
Spending the majority of time at the client's site
Identifying issues and forming hypotheses
Formulating and implementing recommendations/solutions
Ensuring the client receives the assistance needed to implement the recommendations/solutions
Managing projects and programs
Larger leadership role in the management of client relationships.

Qualifications
B.S Degree; Business Management or Accounting
Affiliation with a successful operating company or consulting firm
5+ years of experience in an operating company management position or five (5)
years of experience with a business consulting firm
Capability to conduct and facilitate strategic planning engagements
Experience performing organizational assessments
Must have knowledge of lean-continuous improvement activities and cultures
Capability to implement cultural transformations
Sound administrative skills, well-developed management skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
