Essential Functions:
o Manage and direct all phases of program activity from inception through completion in accordance with L3Harris processes and procedureso Drive program execution in order to achieve business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programso Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of development programso Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changeso Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contracto Monitor all program activities to ensure compliance with product specifications, performance requirements, schedules, and cost commitmentso Manage programs through the integration of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and procedureso Identify existing or potential program risks and obtain solutions such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specificationso Assist with ensuring all required resources such as engineering, human resources, production, computer resources and licenses, and facilities are available for the programo Act as one of the primary customer contact for program activities and participate in program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performanceo Participate in and contribute to internal cost, schedule, and technical reporting requirementso Coordinate negotiation of contract and contract changeso Oversee the generation, quality, and timeliness of all written customer deliverables and reports
Qualifications:
o Must Have An Active/Current Secret Clearanceo Strong Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience requiredo Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant project, program experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experienceo Strong people skills with experience leading and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic teamo Ability to travel Preferred Additional Skills:
o PMP certification or equivalent desiredo Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)o Outstanding work ethic and commitment to organizational success Recommended Skills Certified Project Management Professional Communication Earned Value Management Finance Financial Management Hardworking And Dedicated Apply to this job.
