Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Assist with order entry and inventory management Provide administrative support to the team as needed Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Required Skills:
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong organizational skills Previous experience in a medical office setting Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Proficient in using Excel and other office software applications Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus Spanish-speaking highly desirable for this position This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an upbeat attitude who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.
