The superintendent is responsible for keeping the property organized, minor maintenance and landscaping,plumbing,electrical work and making sure the property is in good standing.
The primary goal of this position is to provide attention to the appearance of common areas for a safe and adequate living/working environment.
Requirements:
Hard-worker, motivated, and energetic.
Have at least 3 years of experience working as a super/handyman Fluent in English Have basic knowledge of boilers, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting Duties:
Daily monitor and inspect the operating equipment:
Boilers, pumps, fans, fire extinguishers, etc.
Paint, grout, clean apartments after tenants vacate units Preventative maintenance:
Clean building systems, clean drains, traps, gutters, etc.
Must be extremely detail oriented.
Keeping good relations with resident owners, tenants and staff.
$25/hr-$35/hr TEMP POSITION ONLY Monday - Friday 8am-4pm Please apply with updates resume !.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
