Our core quoting and enrollment technologies enable brokers and insurance agents to compliantly sell Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug and Medicare Supplement plans within a proprietary cloud-based platform.
Additionally, SunFire delivers transformative post enrollment engagement solutions providing third party verification technology and advocate services, ensuring the beneficiaries' intent to enroll, health risk assessment completion as well as the activation of plan benefits.

In this role, you'll have an opportunity to make a significant impact on the full cycle of the employee experience within a rapidly growing organization.
What You'll Do:
Take full ownership of common day-to-day HR-related needs and employee inquiries, becoming the go-to for general HR-related questions and guidance.
Drive proactive improvements to existing HR processes, practices, and policies to facilitate a positive employee experience, build consistency and scalable solutions as we grow, and reduce risk to the company by implementing best practices.
Support our leaders in their daily HR-related management tasks, such as conducting conflict discussions, conducting targeted annual employee appraisals, employee development, etc.
Address benefit and payroll questions, leave policies, etc.
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Process paperwork such as FMLA absence, disability, employee life status changes, etc.
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
Contribute to employee engagement and change management initiatives within a rapidly growing organization.
Requirements:
5
years in a Human Resources function with knowledge of a broad range of strategies and practices, including performance management and employee relations.
PHR certification a plus.
Knowledgeable and current on all federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations, as well as all company policies.
Experience handling discipline and termination of employees following company policy.
Strong understanding of change management principles and experience leading organizational change initiatives.
Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and present HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is a must.
Experience running salaried payroll and processing expense reimbursements a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
