AGL is looking for a Full-time Counter and Storefront Sales Representative to assist walk-in customers in finding the right products for their specific needs.
Responsibilities:
Serve walk-in customers and assess customers' needs Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability and product uses Field incoming calls Assist in placing and processing orders via phone, fax, email or in person Receive and resolve customer inquiries and complaints ensuring customer satisfaction Follow-up quotations to obtain orders Support sales representatives' efforts to obtain and/or maintain customers.
Exchange gas cylinders with walk in customers.
Comply with DOT and OSHA regulations Perform other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Possess excellent attitude Possess the ability to learn and retain detailed product information and ability to creatively apply the knowledge to deliver solutions to our customers' unique needs Detail-oriented Excellent communication skills, with focus on customer service Strong computer skills AGL offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits including a 401K with company match.
