This role would be a combination of cashiering, receptionist and business development duties in order to help answer questions, schedule appointments and process payments for services.
If you are experienced in giving exceptional customer service, have excellent communication skills, and want to build a career as a customer service representative working with exciting new products, we look forward to talking with you.

Medical & Dental benefits 401K Plan Great working environment Closed Sundays Job Responsibilities Answer questions about services offered and provide helpful information about our location Ask probing questions and determine customer needs in order to identify their service and sales requests Schedule appointments with new and existing customers over phone, email and through website Send outgoing emails / respond to emails to clients to follow up on services provided Complete follow-ups with clients as needed for service and sales appointments Assist customers with any general inquiries about billing or payment Accurately process invoices or payments and organize any documentation related to transactions as needed for accounting purposes Job Qualifications Previous customer service or cashier experience required Previous experience working in a call center/BDC role is a plus Phone and internet skills and experience is required Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.

, a people person) Excellent follow up skills Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication Must be willing to submit to a drug screen Self-starter with a positive can-do attitude Valid driver's license Job Type:
