Other duties may include accepting and tracking payments, enrolling and terminating students for non-payment and tracking student attendance.
The office assistant will also provide all requested documentation to the teaching staff as needed.
Applicants will also be required to keep all student documentation up to date as well as prepare student files for yearly state inspections.
Applicants will also be responsible for scheduling all field trips as well as other scheduled events throughout the year.
This position requires the applicant to work in the classrooms as a substitute in the event teacher's are absent.
