The position of the Frozen and Refrigerated Category Manager is pivotal,involving the comprehensive oversight and management of all aspects related to these categories.
Theideal candidate will possess a forward-looking vision for the division's future development, taking chargeof vendor relationships and actively seeking new partnerships to enhance and expand our programs.
We seek an individual with extensive expertise in the frozen and refrigerated categories, someone whocan apply their industry knowledge to our rapidly growing online retail platform.

Responsibilities are multifaceted,covering various tasks essential for the success of the frozen and refrigerated goods section.
Responsibilities? Formulate a comprehensive category strategy encompassing vendor capacity, special claimsrequirements, quality, pricing, and demand plan specifications.
? Devise and execute strategies for managing commodity costs, involving proactive monitoring ofcommodity and financial markets to anticipate changes.
? Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments such as Operations, Demand Planning,Sales, Logistics, Food Safety, and others to advance company initiatives and achieve OKRs.
oRegularly communicate market conditions and financial forecasts on a weekly, monthly, andquarterly basis for Executive-level review.
? Establish robust relationships with existing vendor partners while actively cultivating newpartnerships.
? Provide weekly, quarterly, and annual production forecasts to key vendors, further processors,and distributors.
Monitor and troubleshoot inventory levels, including inbound and outboundtransportation movements.
? Work closely with suppliers, product development, and quality assurance teams to support uniqueprograms, new product development initiatives, and seasonal product launches.
? Take ownership of division revenue and P&LRequirements? Over 4 years of expertise in overseeing multi-species protein programs? Passionate about food, sourcing, and program management? Proven track record of collaborating closely with various departments, including Operations,Quality, Accounting, and Sales, adept at managing end-to-end procurement processes? Proficient in long-term forecasting for supply chain health and budgeting? Demonstrated knowledge of industry trends, constraints, seasonality, and procurement optionsfor frozen and refrigerated products? Points credits Compensation Range The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-130,000 This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for new hires for the position across all US locations.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job-related skills, experience and work locations.
