Duties of the Office Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
The Office Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities Proficient in English, Spanish would be great but not necessary Distribute mail Computer entry utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Computer entry utilizing our ComputerEase program.
Training provided for ComputerEase program.
A/R and A/P invoicing, payroll Doing administrative and clerical tasks:
scanning, printing, filing Ordering and taking stock of office supplies Occasionally running errands (post office, bank) Check warehouse inventory, and check cameras for errors Input warehouse inventory sheets Hours & Benefits $22 to $35 per hour 40 hours per week 8 AM to 4:
